Why we built Sanctumel

· The Sanctumel team

Most churches we know juggle a spreadsheet for members, a notebook for finances, WhatsApp for communication, projection software for worship and a cash box for offerings. Each tool works, but nothing talks to anything else - and every Sunday, someone re-enters the same information three times.

Sanctumel was born from a simple observation: a church is not a business, but it deserves tools designed just as carefully.

One platform, the whole life of the church

Rather than stacking subscriptions, Sanctumel brings together more than twenty modules in a single space: member and family management, full accounting with receipts, online giving, events and ticketing, preaching and projection, worship, Sunday school, library, video meetings, radio and live streaming, official documents…

The principle is always the same: information entered once serves everywhere. A recorded donation feeds the accounting. A new member appears in birthdays, contributions, the school. A published event shows up on the church's public page.

Built for Europe and Africa, from day one

Our churches live in Brussels, Paris, Kinshasa or Nairobi. That is why Sanctumel speaks five languages (French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch), takes GDPR seriously with strong encryption of personal data, and accepts payments where they actually happen: card in Europe, M-Pesa, Airtel Money or Mobile Money in Africa.

An honest price

Comparable platforms cost 60 to 200 dollars per month, often billing each module separately. Sanctumel offers everything included from €29/month, and donation management stays free (Sanctumel Pay). Our conviction: a church's budget should serve its mission, not its software.

Try it without creating anything

The best way to understand Sanctumel is to open it. The no-account demo puts you inside the dashboard of a fictional church in one click - no sign-up, no credit card.

Welcome to Sanctumel.
