Nobody should discover the running order on stage

The song list goes round a chat group, gets corrected three times, and the latest version is never the one everyone has. On Saturday evening somebody still asks which one is final. On Sunday the singer walks up without knowing the key, and the sound desk finds out the order live.

The singer opens the running order on their phone. No account to create, no app to install: a link, and it is current because it is the source.
The key is on the line
The one from the library, or the one you transposed for this Sunday. It is the first thing a musician looks for, and the one missing from every printed list.
The arrangement is written down, once
Verse, chorus, bridge, repeat: the question "are we doing the chorus again?" is settled in preparation, not in front of the congregation.

Your songs already exist somewhere. We go and get them.

This is the objection that stops everything: "we have two hundred songs in the other software, we are not retyping all that". Nobody is retyping anything.

Eight formats, recognised by content
OpenSong, VideoPsalm, OpenLyrics, ChordPro, SongBeamer, VisualSongBook, plain text. The file is identified by what it contains, not by its extension, and the old encodings of 2000s church software are decoded instead of mangled.
A songbook that prints
Your library becomes a PDF booklet on your church letterhead, for those who prefer paper.
Other churches' songbooks
Publish yours, import theirs. A song a neighbouring church has already typed does not need typing twice.

Prepared once, projected without retyping

In most churches the same lyrics live in three places: the worship file, the Sunday slides, and the sound desk folder. Three copies, three versions, and it is always the wrong one that ends up on the wall.

The running order feeds projection
Lyrics, sections and key arrive in the control room exactly as you prepared them. No slides to build.
The rehearsal is part of it
Date, place, notes: the rehearsal sits in the running order, not in a message you hunt for on Saturday night.
Worship is connected to the rest
The programme, the sermon and the people serving are in the same suite. A change is made in one place only.
