Twelve combinations for a single t-shirt

Four sizes, three colours, and a different stock for each. That is where the youth camp spreadsheet gives up.

In stock: 7 left
Stock belongs to the variant, not the product. It is not "we still have t-shirts", it is "we still have navy in medium".
Variants with their own size, colour and stock, the multi-line basket, the pickup code per line, the certification badge and the draft state exist as shown. Products, people and amounts are examples.
The argument

Stock belongs to the size, not the product

Knowing twenty t-shirts are left is useless if all twenty are XL. What you need is how many navy mediums remain — and that is twelve times more counting.

Size and colour, combined
Four sizes and three colours make twelve variants. Each exists properly, with its own reference.
One stock per variant
The count goes down to the combination. A sold-out size stops being offered without the product disappearing.
And a price per variant if needed
An XXL can cost two more. The price follows the variant when it has to, otherwise it stays the product's.

The handover

Paid online, collected after the service

A church does not ship, and that is fine: people are coming on Sunday anyway. What remains is knowing who paid for what.

One basket, several items
An order can hold one t-shirt and two mugs. Each line follows its own path to the handover.
One code per line
You validate item by item. A basket is sometimes handed over twice, and often to two different people in the family.
The money goes to you
Payment goes straight to your church's account. We never keep a penny on the way.
What the buyer sees

A shop in your name, not ours

Someone buying their own church's t-shirt should recognise their church, not discover a platform they have never heard of.

Your logo, your colour
The product appears on the public shop with your congregation's identity. It is your name that sells, not ours.
The certification badge
A verified church carries its badge. Whoever buys knows who they are giving their money to.
Draft, published, archived
Prepare a product without it appearing, open sales on the day you choose, archive it once the season has passed.

What this module does, and what it does not

A short list beats a broad promise. Here are both, without rounding.

What it does
  • Handle size and colour variants, each with its own stock and price.
  • Take an order with several items, each line with its own pickup code.
  • Validate the handover item by item, at the counter.
  • Publish your products on a public shop in your church's colours.
What it does not do
  • No shipping: handover happens on site, or by download for digital items.
  • We never hold the money: it goes straight to your church's account.
  • Stock is declared. Nobody counts the boxes for you.
